Fridays are the BEST

I've had the best day!

Got up- had some buttermilk Eggo's, went for an amazing run on the beach- 5 miles= thank you very much, and then came back and had Subway for lunch with my friend April. I am so happy. I love my life and I love Fridays in Huntington Beach. The weather is BEAUTIFUL tonight and I feel so blessed to live so close to the ocean.

I took the challenge and agreed to run 300 miles by 12/31. Let's see if I can do it!!

9/8: 5 miles

9/10: 5 miles

9/11: 4.5 miles

Week 1 results: 14.5 miles

9/13: 6 miles

9/14: 20 min cardio (stairmaster @ gym)

9/15: 6 miles

9/16: 5 miles

9/17: Crossfit 7:52; stairmaster @ gym for 45 min

Week 2 results: 17 miles

9/21: Crossfit 20 min; 6 miles

9/23: 5 miles

9/25: 4 miles

Week 3 results: 15 miles

09/29: 5 miles

10/02: 6 miles

Week 4 results: 11 miles

Sept: 57.5 miles

10/04: 5.5 miles

10/06: 55 minutes on Stairmaster @ gym

10/07: 6 miles
