Back down the rabbit hole I go...

Blah. I didn't have a good day. No workout- I was too busy today and didn't have time to get it in (I've been going nonstop since 8 am) and I'm still exhausted from my trip this weekend. I didn't eat well today either cause I need to go grocery shopping. Finished half a quart of ice cream. REAL NICE D. Hope I don't ruin the good work I've done up til today. Pray for me.
