Calorie Overload

Well, I may have dipped below 143 this week, but I'm definitely back above that number right now.  Had to celebrate my loss, right!?  Today has been calorie extravaganza...started with waffles with whipped cream and banana's this morning...and went straight to In-N-Out for lunch.  Followed that up with a fabulous dinner a friend of mine threw for another friend's birthday dinner party...and finished the night up with a big fat piece of chocolate cake.  The thing is...I don't really feel that bad about the day and the eating.  I didn't stuff myself; I think that's the biggest thing about it.  I am however, nervous about the rest of the week.  Tomorrow we have a meeting at work that ends at noon...which might mean work lunch on the boss. Tomorrow night is another social event at a local restaurant, which I'm about 90% sure at this point I'm going to avoid.  I am loving the weight loss too much right now to sabotage it again tomorrow.  I have a lot of working out to do to make up for this day alone...just breakfast alone was 6 points and then I also had a cup of milk to get in some I had 8 points for JUST breakfast (and I only have 21 for a whole day).  YIKES.  I don't even want to know how many points I had today!  Just sayin...

I know I keep doing this and it can't last for much longer, but I am exhausted and have to go to bed; I have an early morning meeting tomorrow that I can't be late for.  One of these days I will really sit down and write a real post, promise.  Until then, stay strong my friends!

  2. Maybe it might be a good idea for you to actually figure out what points you did have for the day... just so you know. It is bound to have some sort of affect on you... maybe you'll be inspired to exercise a little more, or maybe you'll be super inspired to miss tomorrow night's event. Maybe you'll simply be aware. You look great in any case!!

  3. Hey girl, like I said success is a great motivator. You are knockin it out gf! Geez as as soon as I lose another 2 lbs I'm going to only have 21 pts too. yikes.. 22 is hard enough!

  4. i can't tell you how many saturday mornings i have weighed myself only to see loss and then...i went to go celebrate. all day. what is that about?!

    you didn't stuff yourself, and that's a win! stay motivated!

  5. Unfortunately, some of us go overboard in reaction to euphoria. I can relate.

    OK, get a grip and put the plan into action for the week. You know your challenges ahead, and you can do it. Yes, you can.

  6. D, dont trip over the celebratory day. Get your butt back in line and visualize next weeks loss! Proud of you for the current loss-get it girl!

  7. Trying to lose weight is just simply the most obnoxious, and seemingly never-ending, activity that I know of. It is. Even labor only lasted 2 days--and I was 15 pounds lighter at the end of it. All I lost in the whole month of February was--the whole month of February.

    Don't you want to do better than that?
