I went to WW this morning and lost 1.8 this week! I can't believe it! As I think back to all of the dinners I had this week, plus the few workouts I skipped, it's a miracle. I was NOT expecting any kind of drop whatsoever. I think honestly the only thing I can attribute it to is yoga and the fact that I'm trying to eat less animal products. I still eat some cheeses, but I'm trying to eat them sparingly. Same with meat.
I feel a little hope for this week. I would love to stay out of the 150's forever! Let's hope I can have a great week to solidify my escape from the 150's!!
