OH MY GOSH...We FINALLY moved! We got it all DONE! I can BREATHE again...
Oh. My. Gosh. The weight that has been lifted off my shoulders...you don't even know. I'm so happy it's over. I mean, I guess it's not all the way over- we have so much crap in the garage that we have to go through and clean out, it's a nightmare I prefer not to think about (our garage looks like an episode of Hoarders: Buried Alive right now and just thinking about it gives me anxiety). But other than the garage...I was able to take a nap this afternoon because I was finally in a place where I could relax enough to go to sleep. And I've been so tired...Every night I've been awake until 2 or 3 or later just stressing about everything, and every morning I've been up by 6:30 or 7, going at it again. So to lay down and take a nap was huge- it meant I finally had enough of my life in order that I was able to let go.
AND now that all of this moving hell is over, I am so excited to get back on my routine again! Now that I'm a little rested, I'm ready to go to the gym and start over. I was checking myself out in the mirror this morning while in my new bathroom, and my little belly has just grown so much, I had to laugh. LAUGH! I laughed because I know it will be gone again, especially now that things are in order and NR and I can really focus on what we need to do to be in shape and keep our ships tight! I wanted to go to WW this morning, but by 7 am I was knee deep in moving and knew there was no way I was going to be able to get away at 8 to go to weigh in. No worries, I'll go first thing Monday morning. It also gives me time to go grocery shopping so that's good (we have a ton of left over pizza from treating all of the boys that helped us move last night). My new neighbor was having a yard sale, so NR and I were throwing stuff out there randomly to try to sell with her- I made about $20 and got rid of some crap so that helped. :) But I would've loved to have gone to weigh in instead!
Anyway, I put up some pics of my new room so you guys can see, it's not finished but it's close enough and I'm so excited to get some new things and get it finished!!!
Here's one of the bathroom:
(there's a glass tub/shower behind the door here)
Here we are with all of the AWESOME boys that helped us move so we didn't have to pay movers (we treated them to pizza afterwards to try to offer some thanks)! These guys all came from my church; half of them I didn't even know were coming! They just all called each other and started showing up and moved NR and me all in one night (that's NR there between all of the boys on the wall)...and we will be forever grateful for their help.
Hope you're all doing well!!! Can't wait to start reading and catching up on everyone's blogs!
